Managing Director & Founder
Tim Borland, Managing Director and Founder, is a qualified Integral Coach, accomplished Sales and Marketing Executive and elite marathon athlete.
Working with individuals and teams, Tim combines postgraduate qualifications (University of Cape Town (UCT) Graduate School of Business and Wits Business School (WBS) in coaching and business, with more than 27 years of corporate industry experience.
Focus Finders was born out of a love of coaching Humans to maximise their true potential and a passion for helping high performance teams in the creation, implementation and execution of sound strategy.
